Tickets are tied to the registered competitor and category. Category and heat changes may be requested up to a published cut-off date, subject to availability.

Registration fees are non-refundable once purchased. In the event Bangkok Clutch 2026 is cancelled or postponed by the organizer, registrants will be offered a credit toward a future event or an alternative resolution communicated by the organizer.

Competitors must meet the age and experience requirements of their registered category (see Categories above). The organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and move a competitor to the correct category, or disqualify entries that do not meet requirements.

Climbing is a physical activity with inherent risk. All competitors must sign a liability waiver at check-in and follow venue safety rules, judges’ instructions, and category-specific competition rules at all times.

The organizer reserves the right to adjust the schedule, heats, boulder count, or format (including semi-final/final structure) if required for safety, weather, or operational reasons, with advance notice to competitors where possible.

By registering, competitors consent to being photographed, filmed, and live-streamed during the event, and to the use of this content by the organizer and event partners for promotional purposes.

On Qualification Day (7 Nov) at Balance Prime, only registered qualifiers are permitted in the climbing area. General spectators are not admitted, except those holding a valid Spectator Ticket.
