These terms apply to all types of membership subscription at Balance Climbing.
Monthly membership recurring subscription
Payment via direct debit with auto-recurring via credit card in advance from your nominated account.
Cancellation is not permitted before the 2nd month of payment is completed.
Cancellation must be made via LINE @balanceclimbing or at the front desk counter at least 5 days before the date of the next billing cycle.
Membership subscription is only applicable for 14 years old and above.
Membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the member whose name corresponds to the membership name in the system.
No refund or exchange is permitted.
Declined payments will trigger a membership hold until overdue payments are rectified.
Balance Climbing Co., Ltd. is not responsible for reminding the billing date.
Pausing, in the case of no injury: a 500 THB fee is required to pause the membership for 1 month.
Pausing, in the case of injury: a medical certificate is required, submitted via LINE @balanceclimbing.
By subscribing to the membership package, members agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions.
The Company reserves the right to adjust and/or revise Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Paid-in-full memberships
Payment via cash, bank transfer, or credit card.
No cancellation is permitted.
